Program managers/coordinators; center directors; supervisors; senior administrative staff (Executive Directors are ineligible). The deadline for Diamond Award nominations is close of business Friday, April 12.

Criteria for Nominations:

Proven asset to the agency through achievements in management, leadership, and/or community involvement
Well-respected by co-workers and employees
Goes “above and beyond” the call of duty
