Diamond Champion Award

Eligible nominees:

Program & frontline staff (LIHEAP, Weatherization, Head Start teachers/assistants, family development/advocacy, case managers, community development, transportation, home health aides, administrative support staff, etc.). The deadline for Diamond Award nominations is close of business Friday, April 12.

Criteria for Nominations:

Exceeds performance expectations
Goes “above and beyond” the call of duty in serving customers or helping co-workers
Exhibits the characteristics of a valued community action employee (responsibility, loyalty, dependability, leadership among peers, strong work ethic)
