FDC Instructors & Portfolio Advisors’ Institute

The University of Connecticut’s National Family Development Credential Program will hold an FDC Instructors & Portfolio Advisors’ Institute at the ACAAA Training Center, located at 1111 W. 6th Street in Little Rock, from March 6 – 9, 2018.  An application may be downloaded here.

The FDC Instructors Institute is a three-and-a-half-day train-the-trainer program for those interested in teaching the Empowerment Skills for Workers course, a component of the comprehensive curriculum of the Family Development Credential® (FDC™) Program.

Empowerment Skills for Workers is a community-based, interactive professional development training for family service workers interested in using the principles and practices of the Family Development strength-based approach.

An application can be downloaded here.  Applications can also be found online at familydevelopmentcredential.org, under “FDC Training & Updates.”  The application deadline is February 2, 2018.  Please don’t delay, seats are limited and applications are accepted on a first come basis.
