Targeted participants: Executive directors, and managers and staff from all programs who have never attended an “Intro to ROMA” training; NCRI candidates and prospective candidates; and ROMA-informed staff wanting to examine ROMA and ROMA Next Gen tools, such as Logic Models, scales and matrices, and national and local theories of change, more fully.
